1. Terms and Definitions

The following terms are used in this Offer:

Contractor (Performer) — Self‑employed Nikolay K. Letyagin, providing electronic books via the website robur-ebooks.shop.

Customer — An individual who accepts the Offer and places an order for the purchase of an electronic book.

Product (Book) — An electronic book provided in one of the following formats: FB2, EPUB, PDF.

Offer — A public proposal by the Contractor to enter into an agreement on the terms set out in the document.

Acceptance — The Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer terms (placing an order, making payment).

2. General Provisions

2.1. This Offer is a proposal by the Contractor to enter into a contract for the sale of electronic books on the terms set out herein.

2.2. The Offer remains valid indefinitely, until withdrawn by the Contractor.

2.3. Acceptance of the Offer is deemed to occur when:

the Customer places an order via the website robur-ebooks.shop;

the Customer performs actions indicating acceptance of the terms (payment for the Book).

2.4. The Offer is public and addressed to an unlimited number of persons.

3. Product Price

3.1. The price of each Book is listed on the website robur-ebooks.shop or in the product description.

3.2. The price includes all necessary payments (including payment system fees), unless otherwise specified.

3.3. The Contractor reserves the right to change prices for Books, providing prior notice on the website.

3.4. The final order price is fixed at the time of placement and will not change (except as provided in clause 3.3).

4. Procedure for Acceptance of the Offer

4.1. To accept the Offer, the Customer must:

review the Offer terms;

select a Book and place an order on the website;

confirm agreement with the Offer terms;

make payment using the chosen method.

4.2. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred upon receipt of payment in the Contractor’s account.

4.3. After acceptance of the Offer, the contract is considered concluded on the terms set out in the Offer.

5. Procedure for Providing the Book

5.1. After payment, the Book is provided to the Customer within 24 hours by one of the following methods:

sending the file to the Customer’s email address;

granting access to a personal account on the website robur-ebooks.shop;

downloading the Book via a dedicated link.

5.2. The Book format (FB2, EPUB, PDF) is agreed upon when placing the order.

5.3. The Contractor is not liable for delays caused by:

unstable internet connection on the Customer’s side;

errors on the part of email services/apps;

force majeure circumstances (accidents, server failures, etc.).

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Contractor undertakes:

to provide the Customer with the Book in the agreed format within 24 hours of payment;

to ensure the confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data;

to inform the Customer about the order status.

The Customer undertakes:

to provide accurate contact details (email, phone number) when placing the order;

to pay for the Book in full;

to use the Book under the license agreement (not to distribute or copy for commercial purposes).

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of obligations in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.2. The Contractor is not liable for:

incorrect contact details provided by the Customer;

issues accessing the Book caused by third parties (viruses, software failures, etc.);

other circumstances expressly specified in the Offer.

8. Dispute Resolution Procedure

8.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from the Offer are resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If disputes cannot be settled amicably, they shall be resolved in court at the place of residence of the Contractor.

9. Term of Validity and Termination Procedure

9.1. The Offer remains valid indefinitely or until withdrawn by the Contractor.

9.2. The Offer may be terminated:

by mutual agreement of the parties;

in case of breach of the Offer terms by either party;

upon unilateral withdrawal by the Contractor with prior notice to the Customer.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This Offer is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10.2. Amendments to the Offer take effect upon publication on the website robur-ebooks.shop.
