1. General Provisions
This Delivery and Payment Policy (hereinafter — «Policy») regulates the procedure for delivering electronic books and accepting payments on the website robur-ebooks.shop.
The Policy is governed by:
the legislation of the Russian Federation;
the Public Offer for the Provision of Electronic Books;
agreements with payment service providers.
2. Product Delivery
2.1. Delivery Method
After successful payment, the electronic book is delivered to the Customer via one of the following methods:
sending a direct download link to the Customer’s email address;
granting access to the purchased book in the Customer’s personal account on the website robur-ebooks.shop;
providing a dedicated link for one‑time download.
2.2. Delivery Formats
Electronic books are provided in the following formats (agreed upon at the time of order placement):
FB2;
EPUB;
PDF.
2.3. Delivery Terms
Delivery is carried out within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
The Customer receives an electronic receipt (self‑employed check) immediately after payment.
If the book is not delivered within 24 hours, the Customer should contact the Contractor (see Section 7).
2.4. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete when:
the Customer receives an email with a download link;
access to the book is granted in the Customer’s personal account;
the download link becomes available in the order history.
3. Payment Procedure
3.1. Payment Methods
The Customer can make payment using the following methods:
online payment via the website (bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, MIR);
bank transfer (details provided upon request).
3.2. Price and Currency
The price of each book is listed on the website robur-ebooks.shop in Russian rubles (RUB).
The price includes all necessary payments (including payment system fees), unless otherwise specified.
The final order price is fixed at the time of placement and will not change.
3.3. Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, the Customer receives:
an electronic receipt (self‑employed check) to their email;
a confirmation message on the website.
Payment is deemed complete upon receipt of funds in the Contractor’s account.
3.4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the order is not processed. The Customer can:
try making the payment again;
choose another payment method;
contact the Contractor for assistance.
4. Order Statuses

5. Price Changes
The Contractor reserves the right to change prices for books, providing prior notice on the website.
Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
6. Liability
6.1. Contractor’s Liability
The Contractor is liable for:
timely delivery of the purchased book;
accuracy of the delivered content;
provision of a working download link or access to the personal account.
6.2. Exclusions
The Contractor is not liable for:
delays caused by unstable internet connection on the Customer’s side;
issues with third‑party services (email providers, payment systems);
incorrect contact details provided by the Customer;
technical issues on the Customer’s device (lack of a suitable reader app, software conflicts).
